SAE offers a range of services to support you in your studies:
- Expert Studio Supervisors are on hand to assist you with the use of specialist facilities, technical advice and access to equipment
- Electronic resources, on-campus and online, email
- IT staff to provide email, web and network support
- Library and academic staff provide tutorials for study skills, information navigation and research, and writing skills
- Special learning needs are treated confidentially and expertly
- Individual classes for personalised support
- Printing, copying and scanning facilities
Student Services staff can help you with all administrative matters including:
- Course information
- Application and admission
- Forms and student records
- Orientation
- Timetables and campus information
- Fees and payments
- Graduation
SAE Student Services staff provide guidance and support on an array of non-academic matters including:
- Time and study management skills
- Accommodation, transport and local services
- Healthy and effective study practices
- Confidential liaison for contact to professional services in health, social services, finance and counselling
SAE is committed to supporting students with special needs. If you have a special need, you should discuss this with the Student Services Advisor, Campus Academic Coordinator or Campus Manager. Student Services staff can assist you with making contact with these people. You can help us with designing support for you by providing any professional advice from accredited practitioners, e.g. doctors or other medical professionals, during the application or enrolment process.
