Bio
Growing up, Darren spent much of his spare time listening to his parent’s cassettes and watching Live Performances on VCR. This inspired him to learn a musical instrument and dive deeper into audio engineering.
Darren is currently a certified Bachelor in Audio Production from SAE Dubai and a bassist. Darren has worked on diverse studio production and live sound projects as an audio engineer. On the side, he has produced and performed numerous basslines on records for his band, Counting in Spanish, and other international artists like Parekh and Singh, Palayan, Pop Suicide, etc. Darren is also passionate about teaching as it allows him to meet people from different backgrounds, and he believes he can learn a little from everyone in the bargain.
