OVERVIEW

Delivered in partnership with CIAO™, a member of the Claude Partner Network, this hands-on course takes participants from their first prompt to full fluency in Claude, the AI platform driving business adoption worldwide. Across four in-person sessions and a Capstone project, learners work on their own real projects, progressing from AI fundamentals and effective prompting to building repeatable workflows, connecting Claude to the tools they already use, and delegating entire tasks. Participants leave with a working AI setup they own and can put to use the very next morning, along with the confidence to manage it independently.

Session 1: Onboard | Get fluent on Claude.
  • DemystifAI: What AI and LLMs are, what they can and can’t do, and where they fit.
  • Frustrations: Each person names the problem they most need AI to solve, which anchors the course in real work.
  • Get set up: Set up your Claude account and settings, with help on hand.
  • Prompting: The 4D framework: Delegation, Description, Discernment and Diligence.
Session 2: Orchestrate | Make Claude work the way you do.
  • Skills: Saved, repeatable instructions for tasks you do often, built on a real workflow.
  • Projects: A workspace that holds instructions, memory and files, so Claude always has context.
Session 3: Operate | Hand over whole tasks.
  • Artifacts: Documents, tools and apps built in the chat, ready to publish and share.
  • Connectors: Link Claude to your team’s tools so it works on real information.
  • Cowork: Hand over a whole multi-step task and get one finished result back.
Session 4: Own It | Your setup, owned. Run it unaided.
  • Browser: Claude working on live web pages, helping while you work. (Demo)
  • Design: Build and refine visuals on a canvas, through chat.
  • Office: Claude inside everyday documents, spreadsheets and presentations. (Demo)
  • Code, Plugins & Agents: What comes next: building software, extending Claude, and agents that work alone. (Demo)
  • Capstone: Finish the build from every session and pull it into one way of working.
